Corn beef cup bread

Happy father's day every one....  I have whole bowl of corn beef leftover in my fridge and have no plan with it, thus come out this idea to blend it into bread. Nothing new here with the dough. I just bake it in cupcake style, garnish the top with corn beef, spring onion, mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese. I guess I put too much dough in a cup, it rises so high and explodes, but I love the result.

Ring Ring Doughnut

Hello everyone.. this should be blogged long time ago but somehow I don't have the time. I recalled when I was kids time, the bread which I love to eat is doughnut. I fond of the sugar wrapped on the whole ring and the fragrance from the fried dough. The big big circle which I always inserted little fingers to hold it and started to bite as big as I could.

This dough rise not that well. Thus, it gave a quite hard texture on next days. Some days in future I must make again. >_<

Blueberry cheese bun

I was inspired to make this when my colleague treated me a cheese bun one day. And I remember I had the butter blueberry bun in Brunei before. However, I prefer cheese to butter more, so I combine both. Again, my skill of wrapping the bun is still required more training LOL....

Raisin bread

Last nights I wanted to do lucheon bun, however out of my expectation my yeast didn't work on the milk. I did another try, failed. Another one, failed again. Arrgh, I didn't have time to find out why and I straight using yeast in flour method, dumped everything in and mixed. Worries don't end here yet. I waited 40 minutes which according to the book, it takes only 40 mins to rise into double size. But, mine only rise for 20%. Gosh I gave up, just let it be in the bowl, that I came back another hour later. Woooo, it rises into double. But, I have no confident in putting in expensive luncheon ingredient, thus I decided to go just a plain bread, further my little princess already mentioned she wants raisin bread. So it goes.

I was ready to dump it if it came out a hard-rock bread. Surprisely and excitedly I saw it expanding in the oven like pillow.I guessed it is a successful one. Next morning, I quickly slice one and taste, wow, it is so soft and compact... Good Good.......happy happy..

Lucheon Curl

My hubby always says bread with lucheon is the most perfect food. Well, since I promise my friends to make for them, this time I use lucheon as  my main ingredient.

My curling skill is still a beginner level, some break in between. it looks like spider catches it preys on the web.

Soft soft bun

Aha.. today I baked 10 of this beef ham + cheese. I grabbed whatever I have in the fridge and see this combination is nice for my bread. It is so fun to see the bread expanding like a balloon in the oven. They look like cute babies with fleshy limbs and smooth soft texture. I need to bake somemore for my colleagues and friends..... yaeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

My first bread

woooo hooooo so excited. This is my first bread. Not to jump straight into complicated receipe (indeed i wanted to . ahhah kiasu), I started with the simple one. Again I roll with kaya jam (dunno why I just love pandan kaya), it took 2 hours to just bake this little tray, luckily it can be swallowed. hheehehhe

Later in the afternoon, I baked again because my hubby complained why no luncheon. Thus, I did luncheon + cheese. Good the taste...
